John,
Would this be true if the LLC is a single member LLC or would it have to be multi-member? Do you get the extra protection because of the charging order requirement for a LLC?
Thanks,
Randy

What advantage does an LLC that’s taxed as an S Corp have over an S Corp.? Why might I want to do this as opposed to forming an S Corp for rehabs and flips?

I believe this is for additional liability protection, but you might want to check with a lawyer.

the LLC would be treated as an S-corp for tax purposes, but be much harder for creditors to seize than would be the case with a corporation.

Are you saying a single member LLC has better liability protection than a single member S-Corp?
