I am an investor with just 7 homes. I am looking to purchase a vacant lot on the water for $49,000 and need and interest only or better rate than 10% down 6.5 15yr with 3 year balloon.

Also, i would like to purchase a 1 bedroom condo to rent to my daughter $29,500.00, I will buy one or two or three if the loan amt is too small and it will be a better rate combining 2 or 3 properties, also interested in interest only or arm for the smallest payment for her.

W-2’d 94,000 a year 700’s credit scores. No debt except mortgages with lease to support and tax returns showing rentals.
