Actually I should have suggested that he call the local barbershop…they know everything in a small town don’t they?

By the way, my wife was telling me she went through your town last year…said it was a real friendly little town…the barbershop has good things to say about you.

I found a jem of a house. It is tax-assessed at roughly 30,000. I have been told that the owner will let it go in the teens. The problem is that the lady who owned it died recently and I have no clue as to how to get in touch with the owner’s son except that he is in clevland TN.

Any sugestions,

Dave

Never heard of Cleveland, Tennessee. This is probably a very small town…so how tough could it be?

Did you check some of the internet sources for a phone number? If it’s unlisted…calling almost anyone in Cleveland and asking if they know this guy is apt to be productive.

You got something against small town folk? Did someone from a small town steal your lollipop when you were a kid? Man Jim, you have issues!

LMAO - see you in chat!
