CNN has apparantly reported that within the next 2 wks. Congress is going to vote on allowing tel. companies to charge a toll fee for each long distance email.
I received an email on the subject. I wonder if anyone else knows something about it? I was asked to write to my Congressperson via: www.house.gov/writerep.
(Perhaps there is more on it on www.vote.com…)

Unfortunately that email with this phony story gets widely circulated about every 2 months. It is not true,and if you attempt to look up the bill number, or the senators and congressmen mentioned, you will find that they do not exist.
