Lonnie suggests, in one of his books, to run a test ad to test the market for buyers. I can’t wait ! If the response is anything like what I get when I run a house contract for deed or L/O, he’s going to be blown away !

I am pretty excited as I was figuring that I needed to add 25 houses to my portfolio before I could “quit my job”. 25 mobile homes is much more “do-able” in a shorter period of time.

Just give me the sunny beaches of Florida… heck with that… MEXICO ! hehehe

Well, after three years, my hubby is FINALLY getting motivated, thanks to Lonnie ! Saturday, we drove some of the parks here in town. They are all listed by the park owners. Looked in the paper, and they are all listed by the park owners… Then, last night, we got a Trading Post news paper. AND THERE ARE TONS ! Now, he said he’d call them today…and I said the sellers would be at their jobs on Monday, and he said 9pm was too late on a Sunday night (I didn’t think so, as the phone rang in our house from a prospective Tenant) So, we’ll see if he follows through and calls anyone today.

Lonnie, hoping you really got through to him…
