I wouldn’t say “advanced” in comparing the two. Both are written so that a beginner can understand and use them. The second book is a good continuation of the first as it addresses many questions raised by reader of the first book,such as “what if I can’t buy mobile homes in my area for $2500.” I have both books and would recommend them. I have not seen his course.
