There are a couple good lenders for the Chicago area. However, there are some additional pieces of info needed to determine if you’d qualify for financing with them.

charleston, SC area.
I make sure all our cost are covered including 6 months
of holding
we leave pretty much nothing to chance.
My credit score is over 800

I think I can help with a source less expensive than hard money. They will finance up to 80 % of the improved value based on comps, interest only 9 months. Call 866-776-2915 and I will get you connected.
