Purhased property that needs major rehab. Rehab will be in the 70-80k range. I have 30k liquid. Need to know how to go about getting the balance. Paid 20k for property, once rehabbed, property will be valued at 200k+ based on market analysis. Property in Texas. Please email with suggestions or leave message. Any help is much appreciated.
