My wife and I are looking for an RE investor that will do a lease to own contract for New Construction in the Katy Area in Houston. House is worth roughly 350K, our yearly income is North of 185K. We have a foreclosure 7 yrs ago and are on a tax lien payment plan with the IRS. Scores are low 500’s due to the liens but slowly improving however still can’t get a mortgage. We will have 10% to put down by the time construction is completed. We will put down the earnest money. What is the best way to find help with this?
