I have one scheduled to close the 28th of this month thru a national lender. We had a FHA approved foundation put under it. Have been told the loan is approved, but will confirm after it actually closes and I get a check. If you have any questions email me.

Have two doublewides on lots. One is a 1994 that has been moved twice. The other is a 2001 that has only been set up once.
They are both very nice homes in brand new condition. Wheels, tongues, axles have been removed and titles have been surrendered to real estate.
Am looking for a lender so I can sell them. I have interested buyers with good credit but minimal cash for down payments. Thanks for your input.
