All,
I have a Question or two. I live in Southern IL. in the Metro St. Louis area, looking for some C&D lenders (in ILLINOIS - VERY important that they be in IL). Those who are willing to lend with NO qualifying, or job varification, CREDIT Ck etc.
I know that these lenders are out there… but “where to look??” I have no idea… any help…

Hello,
I live in Belleville,IL and just happen to have several lenders with No Income Verification financing for people with less than perfect credit. I will need to check your credit. I also have national grant programs to help with closing cost if this is a purchase.
