It isn’t software you are looking for it is data. Some of this information is available for free right here on the net. i know of Las Vegas and Phoenix. Some you can get from a data service or legal newspaper. I saw a list somewhere, I think foreclosures.com or digitaldeal.com.

I knew this guy at work who had some software where he could look up and find out what someone paid for personal property. Houses, boats, etc. In some cases it would give the loan amount and balance. It would give the interest rate, etc. Just by typing an address or street, he could find this out. He left the company before I could get the name of the software or where he bought it. I wonder if anyone knows where I can find this type of software???
