I have a project that I am looking at which goes to forclosure in 15 days. Approx. figures: purchase $300k, consruction $1.4m construction costs (18 months), sell out $3.7m. I need to talk to some money lenders ASAP. Email me with a phone number.

Commercial can lend 75% of value of purchase price+ construction cost. Structure with no cash outlay during construction up to 24 months to complete construction. FICO has to be ok, email where to call you if interested. Cannot do in time for your deadline however.
