I’ve ben a Loopnet user for years. I have found nothing close in terms of the sheer number of listings posted there. I’ve used it to sell buildings too. I’ve looked at some other commercial listing sites, like CoStar, and none compare for finding out what’s on the market. Loopnet really is the standard bearer for on-line marketing

If you are ACTIVELY lookig for property or selling it is worth the premium. There are other sites like property line, go to pikenet.com, and most national brokerage companies have there properties listed
