Hi.
I have been interested in real estate for some time now. I have studied the carlton sheets course and have not really gone beyond that. Mobile homes seem like a good opp. compared to single family homes that I was considering. However, when I began to look into units in mobile home parks, I was surprised and dismayed to see such high lot rents. (i.e. $385). Is it still possible to make money this way . buying older homes and financing them? It sounds like the management of these parks make the tenents jump through hoops to be approved to live in these parks. The area I live in is Pinellas Co,Fl.
Any advice???
