I’m also laid up for a few weeks so checked out the three Robert Kiyosaki books from the library, Rich Dad, Poor Dad; Cashflow Quaddrant and Rich Dad’s Guide to Investing. I recommend them because all three books are a fun, easy read and different from what you have read so far.

I am in the process of learning all I can about RE Investing. I read here and several other places dilligently.
I have just been diagnosed as being pretty ill and will not be doing anything buy laying around for about 3-4 weeks.

What a perfect time to learn all I can about RE!!!

I am looking for some really good book/tape/course recommendations, I have searched the archives, and looked elsewhere too. Does anyone have any feelings on:

-McGraw-Hill 36 Hour RE Investement Course
-Rental Houses for the successful small investor

Any other ideas? I have read Steve’s course on flipping, Bronchick’s book on flipping, and taken two tape courses (The Secrets of Power Negotiation; The Psychology of Selling). I also have about 3 inches of printed material from here on “How To” and “Success Stories”.

Any ideas on how to best utilize my abundance of time? Thank you for any ideas!
