The cheapo homes, one’s that can be bought for $2,000-3,000 and sold for at least double, offer the best profits, best yields and with minimum risk.

I’ve gotten homes from FREE to $4,000! I must say that the free ones i like the best :slight_smile:

Read the post below about Another way to find mobile homes…(or something like that, I posted it but i don’t remember the subject lol) anyway it was about developing relationships with the tax lien lady, etc…
