I made an offer of 100k on a MHP this week that has been for sale for about 9 months now for 175k…The sellers countered saying that their absolute bottom is 135k and rather than going through all the negotiating they would just give me their bottom price…I didnt want to go any higher than 115k max…I guess what I am asking here is do you think they are bluffing…I also get the feeling that they may be in a bind financially…
