You can go to your local real estate board and find all the forms you need.

Also, you can do a search on the internet under “contracts to purchase real estate” and find sources to down load forms. Some are free and some will cost.

Also, you can go to the larger book stores and find sections on real estate, usually under the classification of business, and you will generally find books with forms in them.

I am a new REI, and I am starting to write offers to some of the properties That Im looking, but I dont have a professional legal form.
Please advice or Email a sample that looks appropriate and professional.

Also please advice me about a good book on Lease/options

I use the Realtor’s FAR/BAR contract with my own addendum. There are plenty of forms on the net:
