Does anyone know of any web pages telling how the market is doing in your area? Avreage time it takes to sell a house? Sales compaired to last year? Something with this info.

A real estate agent who was a member of the local RE board would be the most accurate source. If you’re shy, say that you are doing a report for a college marketing class and ask your questions.
