Hi y’all been reading your posts for awhile now. This is a great site!!
I live in a city that’s going through a major real estate/growth boom. How do I decide which is the best approach to CRE in a particular place? Flips, foreclosures,buy/hold/rent, lease option, etc. I just want to know where to start. I’m studying hard and learning from you people and have read many informative posts so I really hope someone can give me a boost. Thanks - Stu
