For me, I had to first discover what kind of investing I wanted to do. I chose wholesaling, so I look for ugly houses. From there I desided to use bandit signs to begin my marketing. I purchased 50 signs at about a buck per. They read “I buy ugly houses cash xxx-xxx-xxxx”. After this hurricane blows over I’m going to post them in an area of town I researched over the past couple weeks.

Hello fellow investors. I am so excited about investing and learning about the different options in the REI world. Why did I wait so long to get started? I am ready to get my marketing underway. What type of company or services do I look for to assist me in developing my marketing material? What range of pricing should I expect for those sevices?
