The medical deduction is available for expenses incurred by the corporation- not by your outside job. A resolution and an agreement between you and your C-corp are necessary.

If i do a medical reimbursement plan through my C corp, can i deduct the health insurance premiums that i pay through my 9-5 job?
What does one actually have to do to set one up? Can you just write a corporate resolution to reimburse what your insurance doesn’t pay? Thanks.
