Don’t let it scare you. Just make sure that you read the info. Remember that each one on your household can do a deal a year without a license. For some that will be enough to get started. Good luck,

Hello, I haven’t had time to contact DMV. Will someone please inform me about Texas regulations for acquiring a MH dealers license? Do you have to have a specific place of business or can it be your home? How much does it cost? Any other information about this will be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

Ed thank you for the licensing website but it scared me to death. I scanned through some of the regulations and they seem to be overwhelming. I am a NEWBIE. I am still interested. I will definitely do more research on the subject.
