Hi All!!!
Thank you so much for you input it really helped me. I was wondering how some of you have found MH Investors? I would like to try some of your ideas down here in Oklahoma. I have two that are willing to work with me, but you never can have too many. Just wondering what your ingenious minds will come up with. My mind is completely in my Alarm company. One of the best ways to locate investors is to attend RE investor groups, seminars and conventions. This is where you get to meet and learn who does what, and who has money to invest. Park managers can be a good lead, also. Leave your card on their office bulletin boards. Spread the word around and you’ll find investors.
