Get Lonnies Books. He explains it quite well. The more you reposess the more you make on a deal. The MH can turn into a money pump.

I am a newbie, can anybody tell me how difficult it is to reposess a MH that a buyer financed through me. I am concerned about how hard it would be to reposess a MH if the buyer fell behind on his payments, and how costly it would be. Does anyone have any advice or information on what do do if this happens?
