Michael Morrongielllo LEAVING American Note - Posted by Michael Morrongiello

We’re pretty excited to meet all the folks that have contacted us over the past 8 months or so. The questions have been terrific. It is always challenging to “thread the eye” of that needle, by taking the circumstances of as little cash down as possible, and finding a way for an investor to get into a property, or for the investor to buy and then resell a property quickly, and still make a profit. Owner-financing is a way that we have been using for years. I look forward to spending time there meeting with you. Judy

Timing is everything so they say…

Whether it’s baking a perfect soufflé, wisely choosing a stock, or sensing the real needs of a property or note seller

Regrettably, I have decided to move on from American Note. I have decided the time is right for me to pursue other business opportunities in creative real estate, finance, and investments.

I will be available for Real Estate & Note consultations, and as always can act in your behalf to provide you with master broker services where real estate secured paper is involved.

You may contact me after Friday 1-21-2000 at my personal e-mail address: FelixM1@aol.com
Or at my home office # 707-939-9199

Warmly,
Michael Morrongiello
Operations Manager

Mike,

Good luck in your future endeavors.I enjoyed selling that note to you last October. It was educational and actually fun where everyone came away from the deal happy.

Keep in touch. I also enjoyed your countless informative posts on the newsgroup.

Hope your still planning on going to the Atlanta convention.

Sounds like someone has heard the call to lead their own parade!

I have a wall hanging that says “When you’re being run out of town, get in front of the crowd and make it look like a parade!” I’m sure you are not being “run out of town”, but I hope you find leading your own parade as much fun as I do!

Like the others, let me add my wishes that you will continue to be one of us here. I have learned much from your generous sharing of your considerable knowledge and experience. I am sure others feel the same. I note that you intend to “pursue other business opportunities in creative real estate…” so I mean, where else is there?!?

With warm regards,

ray@lcorn

As President of American Note, and a close friend of Michael Morrongiello’s, I can tell you that we are going to miss Michael around here. He is a man of great personal character and professional expertise, and the readers of CREONLINE have been fortunate to have his input.

Since I brought “simultaneous closes” and “table fundings” to American Note, I will be in attendance in Atlanta at the CRE-ONLINE Convention, where I will be “womanning” the booth, along with Lisa Moren, our National Marketing Director, who is also making a real estate presentation there. She and I, along with the editor of CRE-ONLINE, JP Vaughn, will be holding a round-table discussion on Saturday night, so if you’re sober, I hope you’ll stop in. What you are doing there between 7 and 9 pm on a Saturday night in Hotlanta, I have no earthly idea. But the three of us, JP, Lisa and myself last appeared together singing “New York, New York” at a Karioke club in Seattle, WAAAAAYYY past midnight!

While my presence at the CRE-ONLINE convention may be a disappointment to you since Michael is who you were looking for, I know my stuff, and I am looking forward to sharing with you lots of information on how to use this important tool of “owner-financing” to create more saleable paper, and MAKE MORE MONEY.

American Note is still going to have a strong presence on CRE-ONLINE, with daily interaction and availability with Drake Dawson, our long-time buyer, who is a specialist in owner-financing. You can reach Drake at draked@americannote.com. He will be signing on himself shortly to participate with all your needs. Thank you, Judy Miller
