Most of the ads are in the smaller local papers rather than the News/Free Press. Ann Arbor News has some. Ads aren’t where you want to do your homework. You need to go out into the parks and talk.
I wish you the best of luck at it. I’ve hung in there for 3 years doing MH’s in the Detroit area, but have decided too quit fighting the tide and get out. Too many vultures in this business for me to deal with, around here anyways. I’ve often considered working this business in a state down South somewhere, it sounds like a lot more fun there.
