Million-Dollar Mobile Homes in Malibu
A Realtor in Malibu has listed his two-bedroom, two-bathroom mobile home for sale at $1.4 million, USA Today reports. Other mobile homes in the area have already sold for $1.3 million and $1.1 million, with another sale pending at $1.8 million and still another mobile home in the area listed for $2.7 million.
The rental cost is about $2,700 per month for the $1.4 million trailer for sale, the newspaper reports. The trailer park, Point Dume Club, owns the land, and owners of the mobile homes pay rent. The seller is Charley Chartoff, 29, a Coldwell Banker Realtor who has lived there for about three years. The home is in a gated community and features views of the mountains and ocean. Park residents have access to tennis courts and a pool.
