Does an MLS exist here? I’ve been told it hasn’t…

No, MLS does not exist in NYC proper. And octitle is bad information as far as I’m concerned - they don’t even have my information right.
The only other idea of getting comps (that I can think of right now) would be to call individual realtors and ask them what they’ve sold in the area, for-fee companies, and of course the court house(s).
