Hello,
I am new; don’t have good contacts…
In the area where I am (Silicon Valley, San Francisco bay area) – the mobile homes are pretty expensive compare to other places. Could anybody give me advice how to get financing? I found out that banks don?t want to finance mobile homes. Owner don’t want to cooperate…Any other ideas? I am talking about $ 100,000.00.
