I have read many articles on investing in Mobile Homes… But what I do not hear is how they are bought… I live in California and Mobile Homes here go for around 15000-250000… Do I take a mortgage out on the Mobile Home but then sell it Rent To Own… Could someone help me on financing options… thank You and have a GREAT year 2000
