I am currently purchasing used mobile homes 1986-1992 and putting them on land with a permanent foundation.I need a lender that can do retail take out financing for the retail buyer in the Southern California area.

I represent a financing company which makes mobile home/land loans in California…I could fax or mail an application for your buyers if you would be interested…have them fill it out and forward to me and we will take care of the loan process…We also loan money on “in park” mobile homes without land as long as they are worth at least $15,000 in all states except Texas…

Looking for a buyer for several mobile home loans. One is home/land and the others are homes in parks. All doublewides. All under five years old.
