Hi Brian,
I would highly recamend Mr. Dickson’s course to anyone who is thinking about getting into Land Development with mobile homes.
In fact I also would recamend his video tape to anyone in finacing used mobile homes. As it graphicly explains the nitty-gritty of what is involved in the tear down, move and set up of used mobile homes. Very informative tape.
