I would imagine that would depend on it the MH was affixed to a solid foundation so that it could be called Real Estate, as opposed to personal property.
Not a 100% sure, just a thought.

Does anyone know if you can take out a home equity loan on a mobile home? I am interested in buying a mobile home and then taking out a home equity loan to fund other deals.
