I am a realtor and I know that in the MLS (multiple listing serv.) that in my town they are listed in the computer under single family. Find a realtor who will look for you. Usually in the description section it will say land included. You could probably also try Realtor.com and get an idea of any for sale.

Can anyone help me with information?. I like the idea of owning only the lot upon which the mobile home rests and renting it out to Mobile Home ownners. This way my only significant expense is the mobile park maintanance management fee, and my profit is the spread between it and the rent I charge. However, It seems that in my state of Pennsylvania, no mobile parks have lots for sale to inverstors like me; they are strictly for rent only. Does any one know of a way I can find mobile home park individual lots for sale?. Thank you for your reply. HUGO
