Go to the “Online Catalog” area of this site, click on the “Real Estate Courses”, then scroll down and look for these names:Terry Vaughn, Mike Morrongiello and Dave Butler, click on any of these name and check out the courses. Terry Vaughn’s “Cashing In” deals specifically with MH notes, however also need to learn the basics. So, check out “Paper Into Gold” too. I have both as I’m just in the infancy stage of learning this business. Also, there’s lots of info in the “Cash Flow” board…and even more “teaching” in the “How-To” section of the site.

Go “Note” hunting.

I had a guy ask me a question a while back about mobile home notes . I didnt give it much thought. But I realize that it was a really good question. Where do you go to sell mobile home notes ? Can u sell them in bulk packages? If so where? Any input is appreciated . Thank you.
