My family has a mobile home in Rohnert Park, CA. It belonged to my deceased mother in law. It is becoming an expensive white elephant because we have to pay park rent. Can you give us some ideas/help?

There are several local banks in Alaska that will buy Mobile Home paper. Just pick up the phone and start searching!
If you have a copy of “Cashing In”, there is a chapter where I detail a note I bought and sold in Alaska from my office in California.
