Chaparral Village and Rancho Tempe in Tempe are both nice. I like Chaparral a litle more. but they are both family parks, close to shopping and freeways. Good luck!

I will be moving out to the Phoenix area (for the 3d time)and need to know from someone in the Phoenix metro area where the best mobile home park is where I can purchase and rent out a mobile home. Should be a family park but a clean one! I know in the Mesa area there are some beautiful parks but I need one that is top notch, extremely clean, and where the owners can rent out there homes, again, preferrably a family oriented park. I would consider anywhere in the valley but prefer the Phoenix area. Many thanks.
