I would get the book “Deals on Wheels” and “Making Money with Mobile Homes”.
If you allready have experience then they would teach you all you need to know about the niche.

There is a lot of mobile home that are showing up on lis pendens list. The mortgage are from 30k
to 85k, I am investing in frame homes, but I see a lot of mobile home being add more and more
every day on the lis pendens list. My main question is can I call the lenders that is going to
foreclose on this mobile homes and just come right out and say hey do you want 15k for that 75k
mobile home that you will be foreclosing on soon, or how should I go about it not sure how I
should market this side of the business. Can some please advise me thanks very much.
