Can anyone suggest an institutional notebuyer who would purchase a new 1st on a mobile home without land? Property transaction paperwork is done with Realtor, buyer has plenty of income but “B” credit. FMV=$24,000. Need $18,000 (75% ITV). Any thoughts?
