I have job hunting, and found 40 hour a week employment, and was working my way out of my last home, when a mh neighbor called and said the lady next door (my buyer) left the keys with her and moved out…
I am trying to get her to answer the phone, she did not give the park any notice, you know, the usual…lol
If I can get to talk to her, I think she will sign a POA for title… it is just getting her to call back or answer a call from me…sigh…
I hope I am not getting ready to learn how to get a title back through the court system…
otherwise, I am fine lol
