I have a 99 double wide on a perminent foundation in Central CA that I am trying get financed. I paid cash for the home and the development and now I would like to get some long term financing in place and cashout.
It is rented and with positive cash flow. I am looking for 80%LTV.
All of the lenders that I have delt with in the past say they will only finance land/home if its owner occupied.
Anyone know of a lender that will finance this?
