I apologize for being so vague. I am looking to invest in a single-family home that has been foreclosed on and needs some repair. I would like to complete the repairs and sell the house for a profit. Additionally, I do not have any money to put upfront.

Someone please help me. I am a beginner in real estate investing and would like to know what is the best way to acquire financing for purchasing property.

Thanks

Your post doesnt give much information about your objectives or your current situation.

I will assume you are an average person looking to buy an average house with average credit.

In this case the easiest way to acquire financing is to save enough money for a down payment and have a bank finance the rest.

If you are looking for something more specific, please provide a more specific question.
