Thank You James for your fast reply. I don’t know what else I’m missing, can you give me an idea of what else I need to tell you? I would like to be able to purchase properties without always going to a bank and/or mortgage company to apply for financing to purchase each and every property. If I had a letter of pre-approval I can purchase from one lender without worrying about if I will get the financing .

Hello,
I’m looking to get a lender on board that is willing to give my partner and myself a letter of pre-approval with no set amount, a no doc loan and 100% financing for investors. I have found a seller who wants to sell 7 new duplexes only 3 years old and all have tenants in them already. He wants 145,000.00 each for them and they’re in a area that has lakes and other condo’s around them. This would be a great investment for me for a lifetime. Each duplex appraised for 165,000.00 at the time they were built. Can you help?

What is the location?

How is your credit?

Does the seller want all cash or will they carry a second?

What is the rent?

What is your income and what is debt?

Your missing a lot of info, so this may be possible but it may not be.
