No, they don’t. I have never seen proof that any method of “mortgage cancellation”, other than paying off the loan, is valid or successful.

(Note: I am not a lawyer, but any idiot could tell you this!)

I am being plagued by a salesman from a Mortgage Cancelation service. She says her company offers my bank a bond (good for gold when the US reverts to the gold standard) in lieu of their note.

All I have to do is assign the debt to her and send a Money Order or $2000 cash to her “church”.

These services are all over but I can’t believe I cannot find complaints about this scam on the Net. She’s sent copies of all kinds of satisfactions but no other proof or paperwork.

Anyone have any idea how this scam operates? Do these people do anything short of keeping your money and throwing the forclosure notices that they now recive in the garbage?
