I think the software is NoteSmith. I have the Pro version for $499. I’ve only used it for a brief period, but very good in my opinion. You can check them out at www.NoteSmith.com.

i heard loansmith is a good software , i havent used it yet thinking abt buying it , cost is $299.00 for basic version and $499.00 for professional .

Thank you for the information. Where can I find the software on Internet? I tried a few searches with the search engines but it did not work. I want to take a look at it and compare it with several applications I already found. The cost is kind of high. As soon as I take alook at it I will let you know what I like best so you can judge for yourself.
