I wouldn?t do business with any company that charges up front fees other than for an appraisal.

Does anyone know anything about this company? They claim to have a program to get investors approved to buy SFR(about a couple of hundred thousand dollars worth). There is a charge of $575 to start.I spoke with one of their reps but I don’t know what to think and was hoping that someone here knew something about this company.
