I have read a bunch of free articles on the note busines & have decided I want to refer notes to big instution or note brokers or become a note broker myself. Dealing only with real estate notes. What courses or books do you reccomend that teaches these techniques. I am looking for something that focuses on marketing the business & also come with sample legal contracts & marketing marterials. Is there a good introductory book on this subject? Thank you very much.
