I have the inside track on a condo here in South Carolina with an appraised value of 60k. VA wants 36,500 (60%LTV). Need a hard money lender asap. Condo needs tlc (paint, carpet, etc.) No more than 65%ltv should do the trick. I must move quickly (it’s the government!) Respond if you can help or have a source that can help.
